I decided to keep the same look, but update the blog. What do you all think of the new design?

I really want to redesign this site again. If you haven't noticed, I like to mix it up. What do you all think? Is it time for a new look?

I am planning on keeping the girl, dog, and cat, but would like to change that up a bit as well. Expect to see something new in the next month. Once I decide to make a change, there is no stopping me!

I am going to do my best to post more blogger tips and tricks on this page as they are requested. If there is anything you would like to learn more about, please let me know and I'll do my best to help. The internet is your best resource for learning new tricks, and since I am not an expert by any means, I recommend searching there. But, I will post what I know, and hopefully will be able to help a few people out.

Backdating or scheduling future posts is actually quite simple.

Let's say you want to set a post to post in 2 days, or to post 2 months ago. You just click on "post options" (orange text just above the "publish post" button). This box will open below post options.


To the right in the new box, you will see the text "Post date and time". Just set the date and time to the date you want the post to publish, and click "Publish Post".

Pretty easy :)

Back in September of 2008, I realized that I wanted to change the name of Blogs by Danielle. I had been hoping to branch out, and realized that name was rather limiting. Someone whose blog I designed actually suggested Design Girl, and I loved it. Unfortunately, it was taken, so I became The Design girl :)

So, 5 months after I purchased thedesigngirlstudio.com and started thedesigngirlstudio.blogspot.com, I finally got my act together and got this site up and running. I would love to hear what you all think, so please leave any comments or suggestions here. Feedback is always appreciated.
